Es mi primera entrada en el blog y la quiero dedicar al hecho de tomar aire. Ultimamente pienso que es a partir de ahí que es todo lo demás. Quiero decir que es como cuando intentas saltar; lo lejos que llegas es proporcional a la "calidad" del impulso.
Es por eso que pienso bastante en "la calidad" del aire que tomo (profundidad, sirviendo de impulso) y estoy ganando en sonido. Al tomar aire hago que mi cuerpo se relaje (en mi caso sobre todo los hombros) y trato de sentir un sonido profundo y relajado.
